Grand Hyatt Berlin

Letzten Monat bin ich zur Fashion Week Zeit in Berlin gewesen und habe dort 2 Nächte verbracht. Über die erste Nacht habe ich euch bereits berichtet, denn die verbrachte ich im Linnen LEGO Apartment. Unsere zweite Unterkunft war etwas ganz anderes und ich freue mich, euch davon berichten zu können und euch zwei so unterschiedliche Unterkünfte zu zeigen.

Die zweite Nacht verbachten wir nämlich im Grand Hyatt Berlin ganz in der Nähe vom Potsdammer Platz. Schon als wir ankamen, waren wir überwältigt von der wunderschönen Lobby und der Freundlichkeit des Personals. Wir durften uns sogar eine Aussicht aussuchen und konnten früher einchecken, als geplant. Kurz nachdem wir in unserem Zimmer angekommen sind und aus dem staunen nicht mehr raus gekommen sind, klingelte es an unserer Tür. Wir bekamen Champagner, Früchte und Macarons – kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses. Vom Badezimmer waren wir auch sehr beeindruckt, denn es hatte sogar einen eigenen Fernseher. Ich denke auf den Bildern könnt Ihr gut genug erkenne, wie wunderschön das Bad ist und wie viel Platz wir dort hatten.

Abends haben wir dann noch entschieden den Club Olympus Spa & Fitness anzuschauen. Dort findet man einen großen Pool direkt über den Dächern Berlins, einen riesigen Whirlpool, Massage-Sevice, Kosmetische Behandlungen und Fitness. Wir haben uns dafür entschieden in den Whirlpool zu steigen und es war wirklich super entspannend und der Ausblick war auch wunderschön. Dort haben wir 3 Stunden verbracht und es uns gut gehen lassen, bis wir in die super weichen gemütlichen Betten gefallen sind. Morgens sind wir dann zum Frühstück gegangen und haben 3 Stunden dort verbracht, denn wir konnten uns einfach nicht losreißen. Es gab so eine reisen Vielfalt an allem – Brötchen, Brot, Früchte, Gebäck, Müsli. Ich habe wirklich noch nie so leckeres Frühstück gegessen, wie dort.

Natürlich ist das Grand Hyatt etwas hochpreisiger, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Es ist eines der schönsten Hotels in dem ich je gewesen bin. Das Personal ist immer zur Stelle, wenn man irgendetwas sucht oder braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wollten das Hotel auch eigentlich gar nicht verlassen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt dort und falls Ihr mal in Berlin seid, eine Unterkunft sucht und auch das nötige Kleingeld habt, solltet Ihr unbedingt mal dort übernachten, auch wenn es nur für eine Nacht ist.

Last month, during the Fashion Week period in Berlin, I’ve spent 2 nights over there. I already reported you about the first night, the one that I slept in the Linnen LEGO Apartment. The second night was something really different and I’m so excited to tell you all about it. About two very distinct housings.

We spent the second night in the Grand Hyatt Berlin very close to Potsdammer Platz. As soon as we entered the building, we were astonished by the beauty of the lobby and the kindness of the personell. We even had a choice of view for our apartment and were able to check in earlier than planed. Just a few moments after we set foot in our room and finally stopped gaping, there was a knock on our door. Champagne, fruits and macarons – a little gift by the Hyatt. The bathroom was marvelous too, it even had its own TV. I think the pictures show the beauty quite realistic and good and how broad it is.

We decided to check out the Club Olympus Spa & Fitness later that day. There’s a big pool right above the roofs of Berlin, a huge whirlpool, massage service, cosmetic treatments and a gym. We choose to relax a little in the whirlpool and it was not a bad idea. It was really relaxing and the view was beautiful. We’ve spend 3 solid hours up there and felt like queens, until we fell in our cozy and soft beds. In the morning we’ve spend another 3 hours at the breakfast and we couldn’t let go of it. There was tons of varieties of everything – buns, bread, fruits, pastry, cereal. I honestly never had such a delicious breakfast ever!

Of course the Grand Hyatt is bit up the price range, but it is worth every Penny. It is one of the most beautiful Hotels I have been to. The staff was always there when you needed it.You can really say we felt at ease and we actually didn’t want to leave, ever. We had a wonderful stay there and if you happen to be in Berlin and need a stay and got some change left, go there, even if it is just for one night.
